Spiritual Growth
St. George’s offers a variety of opportunities for education and spiritual growth for all ages. At all levels, education tends to be participatory and experiential, based on open-ended discussion among a variety of viewpoints, and generally includes both contemplative and academic approaches. In keeping with our Anglican tradition, we see spiritual growth not so much as an authoritative disclosure of absolute answers, but more as a journey of exploration, in which each of us is engaged over the course of a lifetime.

This exploration happens in dialogue with God, the stream of Christian tradition, and the people and world around us.

In addition to providing information about spiritual education at St. George’s, these pages are meant as a resource in and of themselves, as a sampling of the riches the Christian tradition has to offer all of us on our journey of faith.
